Monique commenced at Brentnalls NSW in March 2018 in the role of Client Services Assistant & Personal Assistant, and transitioned to the role of Workflow Manager/Executive Assistant in March 2019, before moving onto the role of Operations & Workflow Manager in October 2022.

Monique manages our tax lodgement program, team productivity, internal reporting, bookkeeping and assisting the team with senior administration tasks.

Monique works closely with the leadership team to ensure we are providing optimal service to our clients & continuously works to improve our internal systems & processes alongside the Practice Manager.

  • Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
